The SARIA Management Board will continue to set the overall strategic direction of the Group. To this end, the previous seven business units will be combined into three transnational divisions.<\/p>\n<p>The unifying element within a division is the operational processes, which are directly linked, or the customer segments and markets served by the respective business activities. At the same time, SARIA remains a group (One Group) that focuses on shared strengths and international cooperation, while being united across divisions by the goal of making a joint contribution to a sustainable world and healthy living.
