Together with the Executive Board members, international management and many other colleagues, the SARIA Group has developed a strategic framework that summarizes the Group’s overarching purpose, a shared vision as the desired goal, and a mission that encompasses the Group’s activities and core values.

The framework consisting of purpose, vision and mission is complemented by six business principles, which are intended to serve as guidelines for day-to-day operations.

Against the backdrop of strong international growth, this framework is intended to serve as a guide for action in the future and to bundle SARIA’s values across the boundaries of countries, business units and departments.
