In order to place the customer even more at the center of SARIA’s activities, the Group’s operating activities will be organized into three focused divisions in the future. The SARIA Management Board will continue to set the overall strategic direction of the Group. To this end, the previous seven business units will be combined into three transnational divisions.

The unifying element within a division is the operational processes, which are directly linked, or the customer segments and markets served by the respective business activities. At the same time, SARIA remains a group (One Group) that focuses on shared strengths and international cooperation, while being united across divisions by the goal of making a joint contribution to a sustainable world and healthy living. The first step will be to implement the new structure for activities in France, Spain, Poland and Italy, before implementation in other countries.
